Prime Surveys

If you're missing points from a Prime Survey:

1. Open the Prime Surveys panel in your account. You will find the link on your Members' Area inside YouSaySurveys.com

2. Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner

3. Select "Ask Question"

4. Complete the form with all details and screenshots

5. Click Submit

TheoremReach

To report a missing reward in TheoremReach:

1. Open the TheoremReach survey wall

2. Click the three stripes icon in the top-right corner

3. Select "Survey History and Support"

4. Choose the survey you had an issue with

5. Use the dropdown to explain the issue, then click Submit
